Three maintenance plans range from technical upkeep to strategic and functional review, depending on the level of support you want.

Autonomy: the site is yours
You may take on the hosting and technical maintenance of the site yourself. The source code is then handed over to you, free of charge and with no dependency. The paid plans handle this when you prefer to delegate.

What the follow-up covers
- Support: on the Essential plan, we answer your questions (email, WhatsApp) within the response time shown in the table, but without working on the code itself. Comfort and Performance add a monthly support allowance for minor adjustments (non-cumulative from one month to the next). Beyond that, any change is quoted separately (€75 excl. VAT/h).
- Security & availability:
- Preventive maintenance: the content manager, dependencies and build environment (and the server, where applicable) are kept up to date, with automated alerts, at the cadences shown in the table (annual, quarterly, proactive).
- Major version upgrades: a significant version change in a tool (content manager, technical foundation) involves a migration, planned separately, on a quote basis.
- Fast response: a critical security fix is applied as a priority on every plan, without waiting for the next scheduled review.
- Availability: your site is monitored automatically; if it goes down, we’re alerted and step in.
- Analytics: privacy-friendly measurement via Umami (open source), cookieless and with no consent banner. Essential gives you read access to your traffic figures; Comfort and Performance add analysis and recommendations.
- Advanced SEO audit & strategic review:
- Comfort: an advanced SEO audit once a year, via Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools (indexing, the queries that bring you traffic, what to fix). Deliverables: an audit report, recommendations and the fixes to plan.
- Performance: a strategic audit twice a year. It includes the SEO audit (Google Search Console, Bing) and puts it into perspective with traffic (Umami), technical quality (Google Lighthouse) and eco-score (EcoIndex). During a dedicated discussion, we also identify the day-to-day tasks that could be automated (e.g. connecting a CRM to the site, automating a recurring task). Deliverables: an audit report, recommendations and targeted optimisation actions.
Tech & hosting
- Each site runs on a lightweight architecture: pages are generated ahead of time (Astro), which makes them fast, reliable and lean. Content is updated through an open-source content manager. Hosting is chosen to fit the project: Netlify, or Infomaniak for eco-responsible infrastructure.
- When a project calls for it, a lightweight backend can complement this foundation: a database or an admin interface, via open-source tools (Supabase, NocoDB). Integrated on a quote basis.
- Domain name: we manage it end to end (registration, renewal, DNS setup) and it stays in your name. Only the registration fee is passed on at cost, often around €20/year depending on the extension.
Billing
- New work (extra pages, features) is billed separately, on a quote basis (€75 excl. VAT/h). Plans are billed yearly or quarterly (monthly for Performance), whichever suits you best.
