Hosting, monitoring and maintenance
A website is never quite finished. Even eco-designed and lightweight, yours keeps evolving in a shifting environment: browsers, search engines, performance, hosting. You manage your content; we look after the technical side, to keep the site secure, fast and lean.
Three maintenance plans range from technical upkeep to strategic and functional review, depending on the level of support you want.

Autonomy: the site is yours
You may take on the hosting and technical maintenance of the site yourself. The source code is then handed over to you, free of charge and with no dependency. The paid plans handle this when you prefer to delegate.
In detail
Tech & hosting
- Each site runs on a lightweight architecture: pages are generated ahead of time (Astro), which makes them fast, reliable and lean. Content is updated through an open-source content manager. Hosting is chosen to fit the project: Netlify, or Infomaniak for eco-responsible infrastructure.
- When a project calls for it, a lightweight backend can complement this foundation: a database or an admin interface, via open-source tools (Supabase, NocoDB). Integrated on a quote basis.
What the follow-up covers
- Your questions get answered from the Essential plan onward (email, WhatsApp), within the response time shown in the table. Comfort and Performance add a monthly support allowance for minor adjustments (non-cumulative from one month to the next).
- Privacy-friendly analytics (Comfort, Performance): cookieless traffic tracking with no consent banner, via Umami (open source).
- Comfort: an advanced SEO audit, once a year, via Google Search Console (indexing, the queries that bring you traffic, what to fix).
- Performance: twice a year, a broader review (SEO, performance, eco-design, functional needs such as a CRM) leading to clear action priorities.
- Your site’s availability is monitored automatically: if it goes down, we’re alerted, often before you are. For anything else (a question, a tweak), write to us; we reply within the response time shown in the table.
Billing
- New work (extra pages, features) is billed separately, on a quote basis (€75 excl. VAT/h). Plans are billed yearly for Essential, quarterly for Comfort, quarterly or monthly for Performance.
