OSIRIS Competence Center (CdCO) — regional platform for road-occupation & mobility coordination in Brussels
  • Business analysis on OSIRIS — requirements, functional & technical specs, SQL extracts, BI reporting, developer liaison.
  • Developed OsiView [poster] — a modern internal interface layer over OSIRIS (Vue · Leaflet · GeoServer WFS): CCC dual-screen sessions, field control (GPS), spatial conflict analysis. Maintained the my.osiris.brussels citizen portal (React).
  • R & D — AI for mobility GIS: an ML/NLP pipeline (Python · sklearn — K-Medoids + HDBSCAN) surfacing ~60 avis-types, and a multi-agent RAG pipeline (FastAPI · PydanticAI · pgvector) over the OSIRIS API; pursuing the IBM RAG & Agentic AI certificate.

  • Designed and ran DigiBrux — a responsible-digitalisation service for Brussels non-profits: digital maturity audits (15+ orgs), workshops (50+ orgs) and a collective CRM pathway.
  • Organised a GDPR & digital-rights webinar with a UCM legal counsel for the non-profit sector.
