Gate-16Bruxelles Mobilité
Oct 2025 to now · full-time

IT Business Analyst & Software Engineer — Gate-16 × Bruxelles-Mobilité

OSIRIS Competence Center, then Metropolis, its Gate-16 spin-off — regional road-occupation & mobility platform
  • Now, at Metropolis: responsible for the e-commerce platform (billing, payments, PEPPOL e-invoicing, GIS), from design and stakeholder workshops through to full-stack implementation.
  • Business analysis: on OSIRIS, the region's statutory worksite-coordination platform: translated stakeholder needs into functional and technical specifications, SQL extracts, BI reports and a developer backlog; user support and troubleshooting for a multi-agency community (mobility, police, emergency services, utilities).
  • Operational delivery: built OsiView [poster] (Vue, Leaflet, GeoServer WFS), a three-module complement to OSIRIS covering consultation, mobile field control and spatial conflict analysis, used operationally at SPRB for on-site controls and the coordination commissions; maintained the my.osiris.brussels citizen portal.
  • Applied-AI R&D: prototyped a multi-agent RAG pipeline (FastAPI, PydanticAI, pgvector) and explored ML clustering (scikit-learn, embeddings) on public-sector data; decisions kept human.
VUB

Software Engineer & Research — GHOSTLY

Vrije Universiteit Brussel · ETRO & Brubotics · GHOSTLY, an FWO TBM multicentre randomised trial (2025—2028)
  • Challenge: before recruitment started, the trial needed a platform turning pseudonymised C3D-derived EMG data into rehabilitation-progress views readable by clinicians and researchers.
  • Action: built the architecture, database, EMG workflow, dashboard and deployment (React/TypeScript, FastAPI, Supabase, Docker) with role-based access and audit logging; organised and facilitated monthly meetings with 8 stakeholders across research, clinical practice and mobile development.
  • Result: delivered end-to-end in six months: traceable data access, repeatable EMG processing, progress views.
BRUXEO
2022 — 2024

Project Lead & Digital Advisor — BRUXEO

Confederation of Brussels social-profit employers (healthcare, social action, education, culture…)
  • DigiBrux: launched and ran the sector's digital-advice service. Supported 20+ organisations through structured business analysis: 10 digital-maturity assessments (structured interviews, Social Business Model Canvas, digital SWOT and Solidatech framework), each followed by a prioritised action plan; two sector working groups; and ad hoc technical guidance such as CRM customisation. Contributed to thematic workshops on GDPR, AI ethics for non-profits, CRM and digital communication, and to an online resource hub. Across these activities, participants represented 50+ organisations.
  • Shared LMS business case: facilitated co-creation workshops with four adapted-work enterprises and their federation, turning divergent HR processes into a prioritised requirements specification; compared Odoo Community, Moodle Workplace and Microsoft Viva Learning and mapped public funding, for a vendor-neutral procurement basis.
