OSIRIS Competence Center (CdCO) — regional platform for road-occupation & mobility coordination in Brussels
  • R & D — ML/NLP pipeline (Python · sklearn): K-Medoids clustering on mixed-type features + HDBSCAN semantic subclustering of opinions (OpenAI embeddings) surfacing ~60 avis-types to assist drafting.
  • R & D — Agentic AI: Built a document Q&A RAG pipeline (FastAPI, PydanticAI, pgvector) with a multi-agent architecture, connected to the OSIRIS GeoServer API.
  • Business analysis on OSIRIS — requirements, functional & technical specs, SQL extracts, BI reporting. Software Engineering — Developed OsiView [poster] (Vue · Leaflet · GeoServer WFS, deployed on Azure) — internal modules for CCC sessions, field control and spatial conflict analysis. Maintained my.osiris.brussels citizen portal.
